Our Premium Package Cleaning Process
Pre-Treat All Stains & Traffic Areas
The first step in our cleaning process is to pre-spray all of your stains and high traffic areas with a powerful stain lifting heated solution. This process will help remove the bond that binds soil and other contaminates to your carpet fibers.
Agitation of High Traffic Areas and Spots
After pre-spraying spots and high traffic areas we will agitate the carpet fibers with a orbital carpet agitator which greatly improves the removal of stains and dirt in high traffic areas by suspending dirt and soil until we rinse and extract the carpet fibers.
Truckmounted Steam Extraction
After prespraying all the trouble spots and agitating the carpet fiber (premium package) we then rinse the carpet with hot water/steam extraction. This process will completely rinse the carpet of soil and most stains leaving your carpet soft and smelling fresh.
Speed Drying with Air movers
Once we are finished extracting and cleaning the carpet we can set up an air mover to greatly speed up the drying process at your request.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it usually take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?
Answer: Typically 2-4 hours depending on how soiled the carpet was before cleaning. The more soil that is in the carpet, the more we have to work those areas until they are clean.
What do I need to do before your company arrives to clean the carpets?
Answer: We ask that you please vacuum all areas that you want cleaned for best results. We offer vacuuming services but they are an additional cost. Please move any furniture that you want us to clean under. We do move furniture, however it is an additional cost (i.e. $3 per sofa, $2 per recliner chair, $2 per end table, $7 per sectional sofa, etc).
Are there stains that your company cannot remove?
Answer: Yes. Some red stains, coffee and tea stains permanently stain carpet fibers. In most cases we are able to remove these stains but there is no guarantee that we will be able to. There are many variables that determine whether these types of stains can be removed.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Answer: For best results and to significantly increase life of the carpet, we recommend having your carpet cleaned 2x per year. Studies have shown carpet that is professionally cleaned at least twice a year will last almost twice as long as carpet that is cleaned once every year or two (especially in high traffic areas).
